30 minutes TMJ 60 minutes upper body

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and reschedules must be done 2 business days before the original appointment. Canceled appts within the two day notice are forgiven. Cancellations with 24 hours will be charged a cancelation fee of 50%. A cancellation within a 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a full service fee, as it is most difficult to fill an appt at the last moment. Thank you for your understanding
